The first annual Parade of Species at the downtown Juneau 4th of July Parade was a success! Soon we'll post photos of the southeast Alaskan critters represented in the parade (our group included fish, local wildflowers, mountain goat, dall sheep, devil's club, western hemlock, sitka spruce, orca, jellyfish, porcupine, raven, eagle, snowshoe hare, sitka deer, bear, and more). Thanks to all the kids and families who turned out to represent the biodiversity of southeast Alaska, and huge thank you to our sponsors and supporters.
